I. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support the General Director in managing, monitoring, and implementing assigned tasks.
- Arrange the General Director’s working schedule, meeting schedule, and business trip schedule.
- Prepare documents, reports, and files for meetings and working sessions with partners.
- Attend meetings when required, record meeting contents, and monitor the progress of tasks after meetings.
- Convey the General Director’s instructions to departments and monitor the implementation.
- Support handling internal and external affairs when necessary.
- Draft documents, reports, and official letters as required by the General Director.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the General Director.
II. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from College/University majoring in Business Administration, Law, Economics, or related fields.
- Good appearance, female above 1m6.
- Good communication, information synthesis, and processing skills.
- Proficient in office computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to organize work and manage time effectively.
- Careful, able to maintain confidentiality, and responsible in work.
- Professional manner and flexible in handling situations.
- Attitude: Work seriously, diligently, and thoughtfully.
- Orientation: Desire to work long-term with the company.
