I. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Build and implement internal training plans according to the company’s orientation.
- Coordinate with departments to identify training needs for employees.
- Organize onboarding training programs for new employees.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and prepare periodic reports.
- Build and update training materials and working procedures.
- Support recruitment activities when required.
- Participate in building corporate culture and internal activities.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Management Board.
II. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from College/University in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, Economics, or related majors.
- Experience in internal training or human resources is an advantage.
- Good communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in office computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Attitude: Work seriously, diligently, and thoughtfully.
- Orientation: Desire to work long-term with the company.
