I. JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Corporate legal affairs

  • Provide legal advice to the Management Board and departments regarding production and business activities.
  • Update, review, and disseminate legal regulations related to the Company’s operations.
  • Participate in developing and reviewing internal regulations, procedures, rules, and policies.

2. Contracts & legal documents

  • Draft, review, and revise various types of contracts: economic, sales, service, lease, cooperation, …
  • Control legal risks in contract terms; propose handling solutions.
  • Manage and store the Company’s legal documents, contracts, and legal records.

3. Compliance & risk control

  • Check the legality of documents, files, and transactions before issuance/signing.
  • Monitor legal compliance in the fields of labor, commerce, tax, and investment (within assigned scope).
  • Coordinate in handling disputes, complaints, and working with state authorities (if any).

4. Working with authorities and partners

  • Represent or support the Company in working with lawyers, legal consulting firms, and authorities.
  • Prepare legal documents for inspections, examinations, and audits (if any).

II. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduated from University majoring in Law (Economic Law, Commercial Law, Corporate Law, …).
  • Have 1–2 years of experience in a corporate legal position.
  • Good understanding of Corporate Law, Labor Law, Commercial Law, and Civil Law (knowledge of other fields is an advantage).
  • Good skills in drafting documents and contracts; logical thinking and carefulness.
  • Honest, able to maintain confidentiality, and able to work under pressure.
