Delivery policy
1. DELIVERY METHOD:
a. Direct delivery:
The nearest Agents - Stores in the system will contact customers to arrange a specific delivery time and location.
Customers please carefully check the product, compare the product with the delivery note/purchase invoice, warranty card (if any) before signing for receipt.
b. Delivery via shipping partners:
We have authorized reputable intermediary shipping service providers to support nationwide delivery to the receiving address provided by customers.
When placing an order, customers please provide complete and accurate information as required to facilitate us in delivering goods to customers quickly. We are not responsible for cases of delayed or lost delivery due to incorrect information provided by customers.
2. DELIVERY TIME:
Delivery during business hours (8:00 am - 5:00 pm) from Monday to Saturday, if there is any request to receive goods outside of this time, please submit a request at the time of purchase.
In case the expected delivery time cannot be met due to objective/subjective reasons, we will contact the customer to renegotiate.
3. NOTE:
Customers please directly check the goods carefully upon receiving the goods from the delivery person (for the method of receiving goods through an intermediary shipping partner).
If there is a problem related to the type, quality, quantity of goods not as in the order, the seal has been changed; or risks arising during the transportation process (collision, humidity, accident ...) that may affect the goods. For the above cases, customers need to make a record immediately upon receiving the goods with the unit or the delivery person to confirm and notify us immediately to coordinate with the delivery unit to handle. We will not be responsible for any deviations in form or damage to the goods reported after the customer has signed for the goods.
We commit that all goods sent to you are 100% new (with full invoices, official stamps/warranties).
