Product return policy

1. PRODUCT EXCHANGE POLICY:


Product exchange policy applies to defective products provided by us (MID Vietnam), payment and refund policies do not apply.


2. PRODUCT EXCHANGE TIME:


The product can be exchanged within seven (07) days from the date the customer receives the product.


3. CONDITIONS OF APPLICATION:


a. Products eligible for exchange:


- Complete box, warranty stamp/card, purchase invoice, accessories (if any).

- Products must be new, unused and in the same condition as when received.

- Products must meet the specific conditions specified in Section 2 "Warranty Scope" in the "Warranty Policy" published on the website.


b. Products not eligible for exchange:

- Products that are not eligible for exchange, or any products that are marked as non-returnable before being delivered to the customer.

- Product exchanges due to software-related errors are not applicable.

- Products that are damaged or defective fall under the cases listed in section 4 'Cases not eligible for warranty' in 'Warranty Policy' on the website.


4. PRODUCT EXCHANGE METHOD:

- Receive products with exchange requests from customers.

- Check product status, warranty stamps/cards, purchase invoices and other necessary information.

- Staff will conduct a physical inspection of the product's defects according to the customer's description.

- If the product meets the conditions for exchange, staff will discuss the handling plan with the customer's consent, proceed to pack and send the completed exchange product back to the customer. The supplier will support the payment of related costs for products determined to meet the conditions for exchange.

- Products that do not meet the conditions for exchange may be subject to a paid warranty or will be returned to the customer (if requested by the customer). The customer is responsible for all related costs (including 2-way shipping costs and technical inspection fees) for requests to exchange products that do not meet the conditions for exchange.


***Note: In case the product is out of stock or the model is discontinued, customers can exchange it for another product of equivalent value or exchange it for a product of higher price and pay the difference.


5. NOTE:


- Before deciding to exchange the product, please read the policy carefully and check the product condition carefully. If you do not meet all the conditions for exchange, we reserve the right to refuse to process the exchange request and the customer is requested to support the payment of the costs related to the exchange request in this case.
