I. POSITION OBJECTIVE
Sales Staff are responsible for searching and developing customers, promoting sales revenue, and maintaining and taking care of relationships with existing customers, contributing to the achievement of the Company’s overall business goals.
II. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Sales and customer development
- Search for, approach, and develop new customers in the Company’s business product sectors (lubricants, auto parts, car accessories, tires, …).
- Take care of and maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and long-term cooperation.
- Consulting and sales
- Introduce and consult products/services suitable to customers’ needs.
- Negotiate, discuss, and sign business contracts according to the Company’s policies.
- Order tracking and after-sales support
- Monitor order processing progress, coordinate with related departments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Support and resolve issues arising during transactions and after-sales.
- Reporting and internal coordination
- Periodically report business results, sales revenue, and customer situations to management.
- Participate in sales meetings, internal training, and the Company’s sales promotion programs.
III. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Gender: Male, born from 1990 onwards.
- Education: Graduated from Intermediate, College, or University in related majors.
- Experience: Have experience working in the sales field; priority is given to candidates with experience or knowledge in lubricants, auto parts, car accessories, tires, …
- Good communication, negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
- Dynamic, hardworking, responsible, progressive, and able to work under pressure.
- Attitude: Work seriously, diligently, and thoughtfully.
- Orientation: Desire to work long-term with the company.
