Warranty policy
Warranty is to fix the damage, technical problems that occur due to the manufacturer's fault.
1. WARRANTY CONDITIONS:
Full warranty card, accessories (if any) and within the warranty scope specified in Section 2 of this Policy.
2. WARRANTY SCOPE:
- Warranty products is applied to defects in materials and manufacturing quality of the product, technical software errors, database when used under normal conditions in accordance with the instructions published by MID Vietnam. Instructions published by MID Vietnam include, but are not limited to information contained in technical specifications, user manuals, and product communications.
- Warranty period: Depending on the product, the Manufacturer has different warranty periods, the warranty period will be specified in the product warranty card.
3. WARRANTY PROCESS:
- Receive warranty products from customers. Warranty reception location at Customer Service Center - Branch of MID Vietnam Co., Ltd.
- Check product status, warranty stamp and warranty papers related to the product.
- If the product is eligible for warranty, the warranty staff will conduct an actual inspection of the product's defect as described by the customer and determine the cause of the defect to handle and notify the customer of the result;
- Finally, the warranty staff will complete the product and hand over the completed product to the customer.
* Note: In case the product cannot be repaired or upgraded, the Company will replace it for you according to the renewal policy specified in Section 6 of this document.
4. EXCLUSIONS:
- Consumable parts, such as batteries or engineered protective coatings, will wear out over time unless failure occurs due to a defect in materials or manufacturing quality.
- Surface damage, including, but not limited to, scratches, dents and cracked or broken plastic.
- Damage caused by use with other products.
- Damage caused by using the product not in accordance with the instructions of MID Vietnam.
- Damage caused by repair or intervention by a party not authorized by MID Vietnam.
- The product is adjusted to change the function or feature without the written consent of MID Vietnam
- Defects caused by normal wear and tear or normal aging of the product. - Attacks and sabotage of software and databases intentionally carried out by third parties such as: hacking, viruses caused by customers downloading software of unknown origin, etc.
5. PRODUCT WARRANTY PERIOD:
Product warranty period: No more than seven (07) days from the date the warranty staff receives the warranty product.
6. PRODUCT EXCHANGE:
- Time: The product can be exchanged within seven (07) days from the date the customer receives the product and the product has an error caused by the Supplier.
- Conditions: Full box, warranty card, accompanying accessories (if any) and within the warranty scope specified in Section 2 of this policy.
*NOTE:
- Please check the goods and keep the purchase invoice.
- For promotional products, if they are under the warranty policy, the company will provide warranty as normal products;
