MID Vietnam Co., Ltd. is recruiting Customer Service Support Call Center Staff in Thu Duc City. A professional and stable working environment with full benefits and a clear career development path.

I. POSITION OBJECTIVE

The Customer Service Call Center Staff is responsible for receiving, supporting, and answering customers’ inquiries through the call center and online channels; ensuring fast and accurate service to maintain customer satisfaction and the professional image of the Company.

II. JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Receive and handle incoming calls from customers related to the Company’s products/services.
  • Provide consultation and guidance on service usage; receive and handle complaints according to procedures.
  • Record, update, and manage customer information in the data system.
  • Coordinate with related departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Customer Service Department Manager.
  • Ensure service quality and comply with the Company’s customer service regulations and procedures.

III. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Male/Female aged from 20 years old and above.
  • Graduated from High School or higher.
  • Clear and pleasant voice, polite and friendly communication.
  • Good communication, teamwork skills, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Priority is given to candidates with experience in customer service or call center (not required).
  • Responsible, serious working attitude and willingness to develop.

IV. WORKING HOURS

  • Flexible shift work:
  • Shift 1: 07:00 – 15:00
  • Shift 2: 13:00 – 21:00
  • Support for students to work part-time with shifts suitable to study schedules
  • (minimum 4 – 5 shifts/week).

V. BENEFITS

  • Income from 6,000,000 – 9,000,000 VND/month, negotiable based on ability and working shifts.
