I. JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage and store the company’s records, documents, and files.
  • Draft administrative documents: notices, decisions, official letters, meeting minutes…
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and office equipment.
  • Receive and handle documents, correspondence, and phone calls, support departments when needed.
  • Support arranging meeting schedules, preparing meeting rooms and related administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate with the HR department in some internal tasks when required.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Management Board.

II. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduated from College/University in Administration, Management, Human Resources, Law or related majors.
  • Proficient in office computer skills (Word, Excel).
  • Skills in organizing work and scientific record storage.
  • Careful, honest, and responsible in work.
  • Good communication skills, professional working style.
  • Attitude: Work seriously, diligently, and thoughtfully.
  • Orientation: Desire to work long-term with the company.
