1. Job Description
• Production Management and Operations:
- Develop production plans, monitor, and coordinate activities in the workshop to ensure progress and product quality.
- Assign tasks, supervise the performance of production teams/groups.
- Ensure production processes comply with quality and occupational safety standards.
• Human Resource Management:
- Recruit, train, and evaluate production staff.
- Foster a professional work environment, encouraging teamwork spirit.
- Address personnel-related issues within the workshop.
• Quality Control and Process Optimization:
- Monitor and inspect product quality throughout the production process.
- Propose process improvements and apply new technologies to enhance efficiency and reduce production costs.
• Equipment and Material Management:
- Monitor the condition of machinery and equipment, ensuring regular maintenance and timely repairs.
- Manage raw materials, control inventory to minimize waste, and ensure adequate supply.
• Reporting and Coordination:
- Prepare periodic production reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for submission to the Board of Directors.
- Collaborate with other departments (warehouse, technical, procurement) to ensure smooth production operations.
2. Job Requirements
• Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, Manufacturing, etc.).
- At least 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role (workshop manager or equivalent).
• Skills:
- Leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of production processes and quality management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and production management software.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under high pressure.
• Personal Qualities:
- High sense of responsibility and proactiveness in work.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage tasks scientifically and effectively.
- Honest, meticulous, and maintains professional ethics.
