Recruiting SMT machine operator technicians

1. JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Set up, operate, and maintain machinery in the SMT (Surface-Mount Technology) production line. Ensure stable operation, adherence to processes, and high efficiency.
2. Inspect the quality of printed circuit boards (PCBs) after each stage in the SMT line.
3. Identify and address product defects such as component misalignment, soldering issues, or non-compliant products.
4. Ensure output products meet specified quality standards.
5. Record production reports, including product quantities, defects, and machine status.

2. REQUIREMENTS:

1. Graduate from a college or higher in electronics or related fields.
2. Basic English proficiency and familiarity with office computer applications.
3. Knowledge of machines such as PCB loader, automatic printer, SMT, AOI, Reflow oven, etc.
4. Over 1 year of experience in SMT-related work, familiar with SMT electronics production processes.
5. Proficient in programming, adjusting, and maintaining machines.
6. Willing to work overtime, follow work arrangements, proactive, diligent, and eager to learn and improve.
