With the spirit of “Work with passion, play with all your heart”, MID Vietnam organized the Team Building 2025 program – a meaningful journey that allowed employees to relax, recharge, and strengthen team spirit. This was not just a trip of experiences, but also an opportunity to nurture solidarity, spark inspiration, and fuel motivation for future breakthroughs.
Although the weather was not very favorable at first, nothing could stop the determination and excitement of the MID family. Together, we set out to conquer the beautiful island, carrying with us enthusiasm, teamwork, and faith in a memorable journey ahead.
And unexpectedly, it seemed that nature also “favored” us. Clear skies, gentle waves, and warm sunshine created the perfect backdrop for vibrant team activities filled with laughter. Amidst the vast sea and sky, we overcame challenges side by side, immersed ourselves in every activity, and enjoyed every moment of connection. Each smile, each handshake, each cheer became the bond that tightened our unity and highlighted the true strength of teamwork.
