- The Ministry of Transport has just issued Circular 38/2024, officially detailing the speed and safe distance when participating in road traffic. Accordingly, each type of road will have specific maximum and minimum speed limits. In particular, on highways, vehicles are allowed to travel at a maximum of 120km/h and a minimum of 60km/h. This regulation is to ensure traffic safety and is in accordance with the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety.
- In addition, the regulations on maximum speed in densely populated areas (50-60km/h) and other areas (50-90km/h) are still maintained.
