MID Vietnam Launches Upgraded AI Version – Enhancing Customer Experience

Recently, statistics from MID Vietnam’s system showed that 92.6% of customer requests were sent via Zalo. This required the Customer Service team to update data manually, which was time-consuming and lacked transparency in quality control, as well as making it difficult to track support history for vehicles.



🎉 Recognizing these challenges, MID officially introduces the upgraded AI version, marking a new step forward in optimizing service quality and customer experience.

The AI will automatically monitor and analyze real-time data on driving behavior and vehicle operations, providing intelligent recommendations on potential vehicle issues. The system can detect abnormal conditions such as signal loss, identify the root cause, and suggest timely solutions.

In cases where the issue cannot be resolved automatically, customers can generate a support ticket. This request will be transferred directly to the Customer Service team, ensuring that problems are received and addressed as quickly as possible. At the same time, all information is stored in detail, creating a searchable history to better serve customers in the future.
