INSTRUCTIONS FOR DOWNLOADING LIVE VIDEOS FROM THE VIETNAM MID-SURVEILLANCE WEBSITE
✅ Step 1: Log in to your website account.
✅ Step 2: Select the "Review" section → "Review video".
✅ Step 3: Select the following information: Media, Time by date, Save on device, and Channel. Then click Search.
✅ Step 4: In the list that appears, select "Download video".
✅ Step 5: Drag and drop to select the correct time range to download, then click "Start download". Wait until the system reports successful download. The video will be saved in the Downloads section on your device.
‼️Note: During the download process, keep the vehicle's engine running to ensure the camera remains online and to avoid download failures
